A commercial quotation does not replace project-specific structural review, installation planning or approvals required by the venue or local authority.

Provide length, width, height, clear span and support positions. Attach a plan, elevation, sketch or reference drawing with units.
Equipment details
List lighting, LED screens, speakers, banners and other items with individual weights and intended locations wherever available.
Commercial details
State quantity, delivery country and city, requested delivery timing, preferred trade terms if known, and whether packing or spare parts need discussion.
How to make the request easier to review
Use consistent units and identify dimensions directly on the drawing. Separate confirmed requirements from optional items. If some information is not yet available, mark it as pending instead of supplying an unverified estimate. Photographs can provide useful context, but they should be accompanied by dimensions.
